Community Services Block Grant Eligibility Information

To receive services under the Community Services Block Grant, your total income for the household must not exceed 125% of the federal poverty level (click here to view the 2009 poverty level percentages chart).

Types of services that are available:

• Mortgage
• Rent
• Utility bill assistance
• Food
• Medicine
• Clothing

What do I need to have?

• Proof of income (copy of a check or statement from the employer) for the last 30 days worked
• Copy of driver’s license or pictured ID card
• SSN Card (required for all members of the household)
